Appreciate the private outdoor getaway with the pool, hot tub, and cabana. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, guests have access to a wealth of amenities, including oceanfront & lakefront pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, & sand volleyball courts. Stay active in the indoor exercise center, walk the walkways, and appreciate exclusive beach access only a short walk from the home!

The Space:
Ground floor: game room with foosball, TV, couch, Wii, wet bar. Garage (1 car). Room with Pyramid bunk with trundle- has tv. Room full bed and TV. Bathroom with shower/tub - has access to outside.

Mid Level: kitchen, dining area, living area with Toshiba TV with Roku attachment. King room with walk-in closet and en-suite bath- separate shower and tub. Half bathroom. Deck access from the living area.

Top Level:
Queen Room with TV.
Queen room with TV and access to hallway bathroom- shower tub combo.
Washer Dryer
King room with en-suite shower tub combo. Tv.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

This OBX village features gorgeous beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.
