BookSmart Properties presents: Spyglass! This impressive and cavernous home just steps away from the ocean will have you in a beachy state of mind! The home is packed with fantastic features and is the ideal vacation hideaway! Offering 6 bedrooms (four with private suite baths), 5.5 baths, shining private pool, spa, game room, and ocean vistas. We are located in the beautiful Ocean Sands Community, providing special access to tennis courts and a short drive to eateries and local stores!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can effortlessly plan your transportation!

Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

Other Things to Note:
Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.

The pool will be open from 4/1 - 11/1. The pool is salt water and heated! If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate. Pool heat fee is $75 per day or $500 for the week.

The hot tub will be open year-round.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
