On the ground level, you will find the game room, kitchenette, and bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as a queen master bedroom. The mid-level offers a king master, queen master, and twin master. On the top level, you have the impressive great room, kitchen, dining area, and another king master! There is even a "reading nook" at the very top of the home with superb vistas and light! Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not a functioning fireplace. Bed and bath linens are supplied! No smoking, please.

Cost saving strategies:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Corolla. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
