Corolla Clipper, located in the Sea Loft Village Condos in Section F of Ocean Sands, is in an ideal location for smaller families, with close proximity to the beach!

Appreciate the tranquility of this generously appointed condo, featuring an striking location, roughly 75 yards to the beach access with direct access to the boarded walkway just out the back door.

When you're not at the beach, you will feel right at home preparing meals in the well-supplied kitchen with tons of counter space. Take in the ocean vistas and nighttime breezes from the top level deck!

Corolla Clipper is conveniently located near the Currituck Club, as well as the community pool and tennis courts. Come discover the wide, un-busy beaches, golf, fishing, shopping, and dining that makes Corolla one of the most beautiful places to vacation on the east coast.

Parking is for one huge car or two modest cars. Substantial trucks might not fit. Please see the photos included.

Layout

Ground Level: Entrance, access to boarded walkway to beach access beside the unit, enclosed outdoor shower with changing area, park grilling area behind the condo.

Mid Level: Queen en suite with a flat screen TV and bathroom with a shower stall, double/full bedroom, bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen TV, full hall bath, stacked washer and dryer in the hall.

Top Level: Kitchen with counter seating with 4 bar stools, dining for 6, living area with 42" flat screen TV, Blu-ray and stereo, stairs to the loft area with a twin bed.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Beaches and Tar Cove Marsh reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting.
