Appreciate a calming vacation in this easternmost villa with its second-floor living area just 225 yards from the beach. This villa is the closest to the oceanfront complex, the Oceanfront Grille, the beach (225 yards), and is conveniently located to shopping!

Ground Level: Has a huge bedroom that's great for kids with a Duobunk and a TV/DVD. There is also a room with a queen bed, a TV, and a full bath.

Mid Level: Features a well-appointed living room with a TV and a Blu-Ray DVD. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and the dining room table seats eight. There's a queen bedroom with a bathroom and a TV. A half bath is also on this level. The afternoon shade on the deck makes a ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach and watch the activity at the oceanfront complex.

Top Level: This level features a private king bedroom with a TV/DVD with an en suite bathroom.

Conveniences: Hot Tub, 5 LCD/LED TVs, 3 DVD, YouTube TV streaming, Stereo, Boombox, Videos/Books, Infant Items: High Chair & Portable Gate, Bikes, Beach Umbrella, Beach Buggy. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Currituck area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Currituck visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a rental that allows animals. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a specific Currituck attraction you simply love, browse homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental

Tips for your stay:

  • Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of issues.
  • Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
