Updated beach home with refreshed kitchen and bathrooms that will be ideal for your family vacation. It's the ideal place to call home for your stay with a short drive to the Bonito beach access with public parking or a fast 10 min. walk to the beach. There are great deck vistas of the sound with privacy for sunbathing and calming, a private yard on double lot, and ample amenities within the community for the entire family. Conveniences include tennis, exercise center, pool, playground, boat/kayak launch, basketball, and a multi purpose bicycle path. Families can crab and fish from the piers or rent kayaks, paddleboards, or jet skis from local companies. We're a short distance to dining, shopping and attractions such as Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Park, Wildlife Center, Boat Museum, Corolla Village, Tim Buck II, 4x4 beach, Corolla Wild Horses, maritime forest hiking trail.

The property offers 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located in the top floor and has a king bed with an en suite. A second master bedroom is located on the mid level with a king bed and en suite. A bunk room/ office with twin beds shares a bathroom with the other queen bedroom on the mid level. There is a media room with TV, two chairs, an exercise bicycle and hand weights located on the bottom level. The laundry room is also on the bottom level with washer, dryer, and ironing board.

The home is 3 levels with tons of stairs and no elevator.

Linens and towels are included for your stay but please bring your own beach towels. A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap will be enough to get you started for your stay but you may need to purchase more. There is a well outfitted kitchen to prepare your meals with plenty of room for your family to appreciate a leisurely meal together.

The home is on a double lot with a huge grassy area and surrounding privacy ring of pines. The property is located across from the Marsh Landing Pier entrance to the Currituck Sound. Appreciate the striking sunsets and shining starry nights from the top deck or relax in the privacy and southern beach appeal of the middle deck.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Currituck Beach, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
