Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Currituck area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Summer is high season in Corolla. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

Advice for a smooth stay:

• Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents quite a few issues.
• Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
• To ensure that no damages are attributed to your stay, record any problem areas during check in. message the host right away to report your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
• Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.

• Record a video to document the condition of the property.

If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it.
