Freshly modernized kitchen and main living space (in 2022), this impressive home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac street, only a one-min. walk to the ocean, in beautiful Ocean Sands Section C. This neighborhood of enormous tons and peaceful streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bicycles and walk to the ocean. Also, fewer homes make for more space to run and play on the handsome wide beach. The huge, east-facing deck is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee with the sunrise, or an afternoon glass of wine in the shade. Sidewalks on Ocean Trail / Rt. 12 make for safe walking to Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Duck Donuts, and many more close by stores.
