This neighborhood of enormous tons and peaceful streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bicycles and walk to the ocean. Also, fewer homes make for more space to run and play on the handsome wide beach. The sizable, east-facing deck is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee with the sunrise, or an afternoon glass of wine in the shade.
