Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with outside shower, screened patio with a hot tub and a completely gated patio with a gas grille. Entry Level. Inside you'll find the Recroom with flat-screen TV, sound bar, foosball table and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and sink. Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom/ single on top), flat-screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (shares access with the Recroom). Laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Open great room with coastal decor, huge flat-screen TV/DVD, sound bar and deck access. Elegant and functional kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 6, half bathroom and 2 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Currituck vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
