Unplug, relax, and de-anxiety at Dunesbury! This secluded, natural wooded, oceanfront home lets you savor the sweet, salty sea breezes and pure relaxation. Dunesbury will make your vacation as carefree as possible. The mid-level sun deck is well furnished where you can start your day with a cup of coffee while you breathe in the ocean air and make your plans for a fun-filled day or hang out on the screened-in porch with a favorite book. With a well-equipped kitchen, the chefs in the group will appreciate preparing a meal any time of the day. The living area accepts everybody to relax in comfort to watch movies, play games and create memorable family memories. The top-level king room offers ocean vistas and a private deck, and a queen room and two kids' rooms give everybody a cozy place to getaway for the evening. Pack up the family and doggies and let Dunesbury be your OBX hideaway year after year and leave entirely rejuvenated.

Community Conveniences: Dunesbury guests have access to the Ocean Sands community tennis courts. Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only allowed in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

Exploring Corolla: Dunesbury is located near the Currituck Club golf course, Harris Teeter grocery store, and multiple eateries and stores. Explore the pretty Outer Banks and all its treasures of historic sites, lighthouses, outdoor adventures, local eateries, and unique stores.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
