Arrive early and appreciate a Currituck Club pre-arrival experience at the main pool between 10 am and 4 pm! Savor pool games, trolley service to the beach and back, music, food, wine and cold beer on tap! It's the ideal place to relax while waiting for your home to be ready on check-in day. It can also be used on checkout day to extend time at the beach a bit longer and to also let the traffic dissipate.

Your family will adore this roomy beach vacation home, "Fore-Shore!" Located in the private, gated community of the Currituck Club, this charming home sits Soundside right off the golf course, overlooking the 5th tee box and one of the biggest ponds on the pretty 18-hole Rees Jones course. Take in spectacular vistas of the golf course right from the back decks, savor the private pool and outdoor shower, play in the recroom with pin pong/ foosball tables, or sit back and relax in the media room with a full bar area and flat-screen TV. Providing an open floor plan with a sizable kitchen, breakfast bar and modren furnishings throughout, this home has it all, plus the added additional of unlimited access to the Currituck Club's pools, tennis/ pickleball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, modern exercise center, and many other amenities that will assure you a calming and memorable beach vacation. If you don't feel like walking or driving, the community trolley (seasonal) can pick you up right in front of the home and take you to and front the beach access or any of the other community amenities,

Substantial deck with golf course vistas, gas grille and outdoor seating for 6. Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom with 2 sinks, huge shower and whirlpool bath tub. Surf shack at the beach access offers rental equipment including chairs, umbrellas, body/surf boards and kayaks. (seasonal)

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
