Light and airy, beach side end unit “admiral” villa, just 485 feet from the beach access. Recently refreshed throughout including floor, paint and furnishings. Close to the community amenities including 3 oceanfront pools, 6 basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, a Soundside pool, indoor pool, exercise and tennis center.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a patio with charcoal grille and outside shower. Inside you'll find a King Bedroom with intelligent TV, a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single and intelligent TV and a full bathroom.

Mid Level: Airy, open great room with 55” intelligent TV, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining room seating 6, half bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with a intelligent TV and a full private bathroom.

Top Level: Grand King Master Bedroom with intelligent TV and a full private bathroom.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
