The home features many upgrades, including an expanded fence and pool deck with pool-bar area. The private pool includes water basketball and other pool toys for 'kids of all ages'. Marvel at sunrises and starry nights from the roomy deck. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, playing or calming at the beach. Gather with family and friends in the great room, while preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen or backyard Bar-B-Que. Unwind and read in the den, or play ping pong in the enormous rec room. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
