Entirely refreshed in 2015 and impeccably maintained, this unique waterfront home will feel like a breath of fresh air as soon as you walk through the door. The sound is literally in your backyard and guests can use the shared pier for fishing, crabbing or launching kayaks. An open-concept layout and a wall of west-facing windows in the great room take full advantage of the unobstructed water vistas and striking sunsets. The dining area opens up onto a soundfront sun deck that overlooks the backyard. In addition to your own private swimming pool, this thoughtfully designed outdoor getaway includes a poolside gazebo with outdoor dining set, plenty of room for calming in the sun, and convenient access to the pier.

Back inside, the centrally located kitchen is the heart of the home and includes an island with bar seating so meal prep can be a family affair. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and coastal-inspired mosaic backsplash. The cavernous primary bedroom is located on the top level, away from the other bedrooms and common areas. At the end of the evening, you can getaway to this private suite that offers a gorgeous view of the sound along with access to a private covered deck. The primary bath is equally impressive, featuring dual vanities and a humongous walk-in shower with charming bespoke tilework. A half a flight of stairs up from the primary you'll find a dedicated workspace in the ship's watch, where you can stay caught up with work or school remotely while appreciating the best view in the home. Four additional bedrooms (three of which include ensuite baths) will comfortably accommodate family and friends.

Located in Monteray Shores, Sunset Thrill provides guests with exclusive access to community amenities. The clubhouse includes tennis and basketball courts, a exercise center, and an outdoor pool. The Bonito Street public beach access is less than a mile from the home and offers complimentary parking. Use the Corolla Multi-Use Path to walk or bicycle to Monteray Plaza for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and units. Across the street, you'll find even more shopping and dining options at Timbuck II Shopping Village.
