Upper Level is the main living area featuring a TV, Stereo and Electric Fireplace (off season use) and a wall of windows for magnificant sunrise vistas, kitchen with all you will need for vacation eating, Dining area. Also find access to the sleeping loft.

Ground Level features the new bedroom, bathroom, laundry area and access to the pool area.

Pool: Availability Mid-April to Mid-October... Pool Heat: Available at an additional charge ($200-$300, depending on month). Pool Heat option accepts the pool to be heated by a heat pump device. Please know that actual water temperature will be dependent on the ambient air temperature and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Electric Fireplace available October 15-March 30th.
