Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub and 12x14' pavilion with TV, open outside shower, picnic table and grille area. Inside you'll find a den with 40" flat-screen TV, XBox, wet bar with full size refrigerator and access to the pool area. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds , flat-screen TV and private deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with deck access featuring an entertainment center with sizable flat-screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo and a stone-faced wood burning fireplace. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the best value, try changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
