You'll be swept away by this comfortable and well maintained end unit villa. Appreciate the amenities of Corolla Light including 3 oceanfront pools, tennis and pickleball courts, indoor pool, exercise center, trolley (during summer season 9am-6pm) and planned resort activities. In addition, it's an simple walk to everything: the beach, the sound side nature trails, eateries, wild life tours, education center, market, historic park and lighthouse. Park the car and relax!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find an outdoor shower and charcoal grille. Inside you'll find kids's books and board games, a Bedroom with 2 Full/Full Bunk beds (Double bed over a Double bed) that shares a full hall bathroom with a Den with a Queen Sleep Couch, TV/DVD and patio access. The garage has beach chairs, adult & kid bicycles, beach games, tennis and pickleball equipment and a full size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Great room with intelligent TV, surround sound stereo, wood fireplace and deck access. Renovated and entirely equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 8, hallway half bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with a private bathroom.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and sizable private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with books and DVD movies.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
