**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can comfortably plan your transportation!

Other Things to Note:
Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.

The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.

Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Located on a lake, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting.

Booking the best rental experience:

When to go & When to reserve a Currituck rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To find the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
