**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can comfortably plan your transportation!

Other Things to Note:
Family Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.

The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.

Payment Schedule:

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, shift your family's Currituck vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
