We're thrilled to announce that the home went through many renovations for the 2024 season, with every corner being touched to provide a modern, comfortable beach experience. With fresh updates throughout, this home is primed and ready to welcome you. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
