Sto Lat By The Sea - Good luck and good cheer! This 5 bedroom, Oceanside home is the ideal spot for your OBX hideaway! Located on a corner lot with live-oak trees and a backyard path to the beach. Appreciate how close to the beach and the oceanfront recreation area are and make sure you take time to shop and savor the local close by eateries.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, park style charcoal grille, gas grille, fish cleaning table and carport with ground level entry.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access to the hot tub, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV and a full hallway bathroom. Deck with hot tub.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV, deck access, dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bath, kitchen with counter seating for 4, deck access and lighthouse vistas and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, high speed internet access, charcoal & gas grilles, enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning table, deck furnishings, corn hole boards, parking for 5 cars, linens and towels included and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available for guest use.
