Located in the Crown Point neighborhood you will be close to everything. There is a community pool and tennis court to start. Then you are within walking distance to stores at Tim Buck II, groceries, movies, seafood, and eateries. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel, 1 bar of soap, and 2 makeup removing wipes per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
