Over-By The Beach lives up to its name as it is only 100 feet from the beach access board walk in the Corolla Light resort community. This home is modern with hard-surface floors, minimalist decor and its various rooms were designed for family gatherings or privacy, if that is preferred, to have time to relax and breathe the fresh ocean air. Also, this resort provides 12 wristbands total for rental guests to appreciate its complimentary amenities during their vacation. [Note: no dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room is the main living space for family members to relax and dine together. The Living area has couches and armchairs designed for comfort and conversation or appreciating the surrounding vistas. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in this area. Guests have access to the sun deck at the front of the home with deck furnishings. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen bar counter will seat 4. The kitchen has room for preparing family meals; it is well-equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a tiled backsplash. Two separate sitting areas on this level add to the airy and roomy beach vibe: one sitting area has a another flat-screen TV if guests wish to view a different program on their own. The second sitting area is a Ships Watch on the upper level to relax and unplug from all devices. There is a half bath on this floor.

MID LEVEL:
The hot tub is located on the mid level deck so it can be accessed from both the top and mid levels of the home. The mid level also has 4 bedrooms which include a King Master Suite with a tiled shower in its master bath and deck access. The Queen Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath and it also has deck access. The kids room has 2 Bunk Bed Sets (no deck access) and the hall bath has a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is also available for the bedroom with 2 Twin beds and this room has deck access to the back of the home. All bedrooms have flat-screen Intelligent TVs except the Bunk bedroom. The laundry area is located on this floor.

GROUND LEVEL:
There is a Queen Master Suite on this level and its bathroom has a shower in its master bath. Outdoors, there is a Tiki Bar with flat-screen TV and another full-size refrigerator for storing beverages. Use the outdoor shower to shower off after going to the beach or before stepping into the private pool (14' x 26'; pool heat available for an additional fee). An outdoor half bath is available for those using these amenities. A charcoal grille is by the pool deck so it is convenient for preparing painless summer meals.

EXTRAS:
As guests within the Corolla Light Resort community, be sure to review the information on their website at CorollaLightResort.com for the dozens of amenities available, including the Sports Center which has both a cardio room and a weights room, plus an indoor pool and two enormous oceanside pools and a soundside pool. There are basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts available as well as dining at the Oceanfront Grille. A complimentary trolley service is offered for guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. After guests pick-up their 12 wristbands at the Sports Center when they arrive, they will be able to participate in activities (there may be a modest activity fee charged) during the summer months, such as family-friendly tournaments, marathons, and exercise classes to make your vacation a memorable one!
