TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has deck access to broad ocean vistas offering a well-equipped kitchen bar counter (seats 4) and high-top dining room table (seats 8). A half bath is near the kitchen. The living area has a enormous flat-screen HDTV (streaming TV only) with separate seating area that provides space for a desk and an additional table ideal for playing cards, as well as an simple check on activities in the lower level family room. There is a screened-in porch at the front of the home which is also accessible from the King Master Suite. This bedroom has a sizable flat-screen HDTV, and a bathroom featuring dual sinks, separate shower [Note: the jetted tub in this bathroom is not available for guest use]. A room with 2 Twin beds and another with a Double Bunk Bed Set; both have TVs and share a hall bath with shower/tub combo. The den is a comfortable place for more family members to gather and savor watching a movie together. The fun continues outside with the private pool (10' x 22'; pool open May to mid-October; pool heat available for an additional fee), hot tub and gas grille. The garage is available for guest use however parking is not allowed inside garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a huge community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding.
