Blue-Eyed Lookout offers a bright and airy space for your family and pet in this well-appointed 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath, dog-friendly home. Whether splashing in the pool or watching the sunset from the screened in porch, it is sure to provide your family the ideal space for a memorable vacation. This home has a SATURDAY check-in day from mid-May through the end of September. [Note: gas fireplaces in the home are not for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has deck access to broad ocean vistas offering a well-equipped kitchen with island (seats 4) and high-top dining room table (seats 8). The living area has a huge flat-screen HDTV (streaming TV only) with separate seating area that provides space for a desk and an additional table ideal for playing cards, as well as an painless check on activities in the lower level family room. A screened-in porch, half bathroom and a washer/dryer. This porch is also accessible from the King Master Suite, a enormous flat-screen HD TV, and a bathroom featuring dual sinks, separate shower [Note: the jetted tub in this bathroom is not available for guest use]. Retreat to another gathering area in the tower room with TV, Xbox, day bed with trundle with striking ocean vistas that can be adored from the balcony.

ENTRY LEVEL
The lower level includes three bedrooms, including the Queen Master Suite, TV and deck access. A room with 2 Twin beds and a Double Bunk Bed set, both with TV, share a hall bath with shower/tub combo. The den is a comfortable place for more family members to gather and appreciate watching a movie together. The fun continues outside with the private pool (11 x 28 including steps), hot tub and gas grille. The garage is available for guest use however parking is not allowed inside garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a sizable community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Tar Cove Marsh, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
