Blue-Eyed Lookout offers a bright and airy space for your family and pet in this comfortable 4-bedroom, dog-friendly home. Whether splashing in the pool or watching the sunset from the screened in porch, this home is sure to provide your family the ideal space for a memorable vacation.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has deck access to broad ocean vistas offering a well-equipped kitchen bar counter (seats 4) and high-top dining room table (seats 8). A half bath is near the kitchen. The living area has a sizable flat-screen HDTV (streaming TV only) with separate seating area that provides space for a desk and an additional table ideal for playing cards, as well as an simple check on activities in the lower level family room. There is a screened-in porch at the front of the home which is also accessible from the King Master Suite. This bedroom has a huge flat-screen HDTV, and a bathroom featuring dual sinks, separate shower [Note: the jetted tub in this bathroom is not available for guest use]. Retreat to another gathering area in the tower room with TV, Xbox, Day Bed with Trundle combined with striking ocean vistas that can be adored from its balcony. ENTRY LEVEL
The lower level includes three bedrooms, including the Queen Master Suite, TV and deck access. A room with 2 Twin beds and another with a Double Bunk Bed Set; both have TVs and share a hall bath with shower/tub combo. The den is a comfortable place for more family members to gather and appreciate watching a movie together. The fun continues outside with the private pool (10' x 22'; pool open May to mid-October; pool heat available for an additional fee), hot tub and gas grille. The garage is available for guest use however parking is not allowed inside garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a enormous community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball.
