This home sits sound front and fairway front giving you vistas of the sound, the tee box and looking down the fairway. The options abound whether you 'par-take' in the great sunsets, 'par-take' in the pool, lounge in the screened porch in front of the fireplace, appreciate the infant grandiose piano, or go to the game room and 'par-take' in the foosball or billiards. Of course getting 'Par' on the course would top off any great vacation destination.

Our top Corolla rental home tips and tricks:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Currituck visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides have coupons for local tours, shops, and attractions.
Planning and choosing the bestrental home:
- Begin by choosing a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your family needs. Par Excellence: Pool, Spa, Game Room, Elevator has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible online. If they are not listed, contact the property owner before booking your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a certain Currituck destination you are enamored with, keep an eye out for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
Some things to know before you go:
- Be sure you get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
