Semper Summer is the ideal dog-friendly coastal bungalow for the beach lover who is looking for a little tranquility and relaxation! Located in Corolla's Ocean Sands Community (Section O), this roomy rental features everything you need to appreciate the ideal vacation. Appreciate a charmingly refreshed landscaping, a modern interior, a plethora of amenities, and plenty of deck space for soaking in that ocean breeze! Your family can spend their days splashing in the community pool, soaking in the bubbly hot tub, playing a friendly match at the community tennis court, or reeling in a catch from the close by fishing lake. When you're ready to hit the sand, the nearest beach access is just a short 3-min. walk (0.1 miles) away.

When you get back from the beach, conveniently rinse off the sand in the huge outdoor shower. The 7-acre community fishing lake is just a 1-min. walk away and provides a peaceful spot for a handsome evening walk. If you reel in the big one, you'll appreciate being able to use the fish cleaning station outside before you throw your catch-of-the-day on the charcoal grille for dinner! Be sure to let your four-legged family members run around outside in the fenced-in backyard for an impressive vacation of their own. Step inside to the game room where you can play a round of pool on the pool table. There's also a couch, TV and a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator located on the ground level. For a little additional privacy, relax in the King Master Bedroom with a TV and additional Sitting Area, so there's always room for everybody to spread out and get comfortable!

Head upstairs to the mid-level and you will find three of the home's four bedrooms including a king master bedroom with its own private bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a final bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is located down the hallway and is shared by the queen and bunk bedrooms. All three bedrooms have sliders that allow access to the covered furnished decks, which are the ideal place for reading a book when you want to stay in the shade. Also located on the mid-level covered decks is the bubbly hot tub, where you'll want to relax at the end of each day.

The top-level is where you'll appreciate gathering together in the bright and airy living area with all-new LVP floor, cathedral ceilings, and plenty of cozy furnishings centered around a enormous flat screen TV for catching up on your favorite show or watching a good movie. On nights you prefer to prepare at home, you'll adore the cavernous kitchen that comes entirely outfitted with everything you need including a flat top stove, constructed-in microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator. The adjoining dining area has plenty of seating, but if you need additional space, there are 4 bar chairs located at the kitchen island. If you're in the mood to dine al fresco, step through the sliding doors from the dining area into the screened porch, and savor the ocean breeze at the picnic table under the twinkling cafe lights strung above. The spacious top-level sun deck is ideal for working on your tan or gazing out at the sunset on a warm summer evening. If you want to partake in a family-friendly card game, head back inside and up a few steps to the captain's watch with a modest table and spectacular Corolla vistas. Rest simple in the final king master bedroom with a private bathroom. A convenient half bath is located on the landing between the mid and top levels.

Located on the northern end of the Outer Banks, Corolla is a striking vacation destination with plenty of shopping options, outdoor activities, and charming eateries. Perhaps best known for a herd of wild horses that reside there, visitors appreciate the handsome, pristine beaches ideal for swimming, fishing, building sandcastles and spotting a Corolla wild mustang galloping through the waves—if you're lucky! For the history lovers, be sure to stop by Whalehead Club in Historic Corolla for a tour of a 1920's Art Nouveau-style building that originally served as a opulent hunting club. Visitors can also climb to the top of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse for a full 360-degree view of the coast. Just down the road, you'll find the Timbuck II Shopping Village with fun, local stores and eateries that border the Currituck Sound.
