Inside the home, you'll find light and airy living areas with plenty of space to spread out and relax. With the open floorplan, the kitchen is only steps away, but is still supplied, so you never have to miss out on any of the fun as you prepare you meals of the day. When it's time to eat, you can dine inside and outside and really soak up the Salty Breeze any time of the day. After a long day of playing at the beach when you're ready to head to bed for the nighttime, you'll find 4 cavernous bedrooms, each with comfortable beds that are ideal for calming. For the rainy days or evenings after dinner, the game room will not disappoint as it features a foosball table, enormous TV and wet bar for everybody to savor. Just outside on the back patio, you'll find the hot tub and grilling area, ideal for late nights under the stars. The backyard is private and is fenced, so it is ideal for dogs to appreciate their time outside too!

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
