Kick back and relax in the Salty Breeze! This attractively decorated 4 bedroom home in the Villas at Corolla Bay Community is a ideal spot for a memorable vacation. Salty Breeze is a pet friendly home that has all of the amenities that you could want in a vacation home on the Outer Banks, including an elevator that accesses all floors, all while only sitting a short walk from the beach. Whether you're seeking a family vacation, a charming hideaway, or a long weekend escape, this home has everything you need for a memorable OBX experience.

Inside the home, you'll find light and airy living areas with plenty of space to spread out and relax. With the open floorplan, the kitchen is only steps away, but is still included, so you never have to miss out on any of the fun as you prepare you meals of the day. When it's time to eat, you can dine inside and outside and really soak up the Salty Breeze any time of the day. After a long day of playing at the beach when you're ready to head to bed for the nighttime, you'll find 4 cavernous bedrooms, each with comfortable beds that are ideal for calming. For the rainy days or evenings after dinner, the game room will not disappoint as it features a foosball table, enormous TV and wet bar for everybody to appreciate. Just outside on the back patio, you'll find the hot tub and grilling area, ideal for late nights under the stars. The backyard is private and is fenced, so it is ideal for dogs to savor their time outside too!

Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Whale Head Bay, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights.   • On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
