This handsome Corolla Light home is located in the pines of a gated community ideal for a calming hideaway. At The Sandlot you'll experience everything the OBX has to offer plus striking resort amenities, the beach, shopping and dining all within a short walk. This handsome 4-bedroom home has it all! Tastefully decorated, entirely equipped and comfortably furnished. Community amenities include 4-outdoor pools, oceanfront restaurant, indoor pool, tennis courts, exercise center, hot tub, game room, snack bar, playground, volleyball, two putting greens (grass and turf), bicycle & running trails, sound side pool and pier, and weekly activities for kids and adults during the summer season. You can catch the trolley steps from the front door (during summer season) for a ride to the beach, sound or any of the other resort amenities. At the end of the day, appreciate a good book on the screened porch or relax in your private hot tub.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool, covered parking, outside shower, hot tub and storage room with beach cart. Entry level (Entry door to the back of the carport), laundry area with washer, dryer and utility sink and a half-bath.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV/DVD and deck access. Up a half level you'll find a Bedroom with a Double Bed, Single Bed and TV/DVD that shares a full upgraded hall bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and separate luxury shower) with a King Bedroom with TV/DVD.

Top Level: Great room with TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, dining room with seating for 6, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 6, loft with game table seating 4, screened porch, and deck with gas grille off kitchen.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
