This handsome Corolla Light home is located in the pines of a gated community ideal for a calming hideaway. At The Sandlot you'll experience everything the OBX has to offer plus marvelous resort amenities, the beach, shopping and dining all within a short walk. This striking 4-bedroom home has it all! Tastefully decorated, completely equipped and comfortably furnished. Community amenities include 4-outdoor pools, oceanfront restaurant, indoor pool, tennis courts, exercise center, hot tub, game room, snack bar, playground, volleyball, two putting greens (grass and turf), bicycle & running trails, sound side pool and pier, and weekly activities for kids and adults during the summer season. You can catch the trolley steps from the front door (during summer season) for a ride to the beach, sound or any of the other resort amenities. At the end of the day, savor a good book on the screened porch or relax in your private hot tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
