"Play On" will serve up a comfortable vacation for your entire family, colorfully decorated with all the amenities of home! This home is close to the Currituck Sound, Soundside community pool, the Indoor Sports Center and just across the street from community pickleball courts. There is logs of outside grassy areas for family games and fun! Take the trolley (seasonal) to the oceanfront and spend the day at the 3 community oceanfront pools or at the beach!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the outdoor shower and charcoal grille. Entry level.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms both with deck access and TV/VCR and a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus TV/VCR that shares a full hall bathroom with a bedroom with a Queen Bed with loft Single bunk. Laundry with washer and dryer and outside you'll find a screened porch enclosing the hot tub.

Top Level: Features the great room with TV/VCR, Bose surround sound and deck access, dining area seating 7, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 with deck access, sun room with TV/DVD and deck access and a half bathroom. Partial sound vistas from top level decking.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

How to get the best rental value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
