Tucked away on a peaceful street in the charming Ocean Sands neighborhood, our home is just a short walk away from wide, private beaches. Our home was constructed in 2020, has been impeccably kept and is centrally located to everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true.
Leave your stresses at home; the ocean will wash them right away. Our home is a roomy and bright, handsomely constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath getaway. Parking under the home offers dry entry into the ground level where you will find the first of three living areas with Roku TV, half bath, laundry, and an elevator to make it so much easier to unpack!
Up one flight you’ll find a King bedroom, a Queen bedrooms, and a Twin bedroom along with 2 full baths and the second living area. The King bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms, with double vanity and a walk in shower.
The upper level is a bright, airy, open concept area with plenty of room for your whole group to kick back and relax. The King bedroom is to the right with an ensuite bath, walk in shower, and double vanities. The cavernous kitchen is front and center, with everything you need to appreciate home cooked meals with your group. We have a entirely equipped open kitchen that joins the dining and primary living areas along with island seating. Supplied are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a Ninja blender, two standard coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water in the door. A kitchen island with offers space to savor conversation over drinks with seating for two. The dining area homes a table that has space to seat 6 comfortably for meals or game time. Sink into our comfortable sectional to enjoy your favorite movie or relax with a good book. Natural light floods this space, with blinds/curtains for privacy as well. Just through the sliders is a deck with polywood seating to enjoy those cups of coffee in the morning or drinks later in the day.
