☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome family pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Max 2 dogs

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at nighttime is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for appreciating the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.

Loud music, rambunctious events, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
Primary renter must be 21 years of age and sign a rental agreement.
Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing.
