Appreciate Samsung intelligent TVs in all four bedrooms with Direct TV and Netflix, Sonos speakers/sound bars in each bedroom, as well as the 65" Samsung intelligent TV with Netflix in the living area.

The recreation room also offers a huge screen Intelligent TV. A generously equipped gourmet kitchen will challenge the most adventurous chef, and dual level decking will help you appreciate ocean breezes and sound side sunsets at this terrific oceanside location just a walk (roughly 1800 feet) to one of the prettiest beaches on the east coast. Corolla is acclaimed for wide, clean beaches so bring Fido for a walk on the beach!

Top Level: Enormous living area with a magnificent courtyard and sound vistas. A enormous flat screen Intelligent TV with Sonos speaker/sound bar, WiFi access throughout , dining area with seating for 8, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, food disposal, sizable pantry with shelving, sliding door to sun deck, half bath off kitchen.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Raceway. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting.

When to visit Corolla & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • To make certain damages aren't linked to your visit, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Contact the rental manager immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific resource to find the best local beaches.
