This family-friendly four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in the extravagant Corolla community of Monteray Shores is just 1,069 yards from the beach! The whole family will be entertained with the private pool, hot tub, and games, as well as access to all the Monteray Shores amenities, including a recreation room, a pool, tennis, kids's playground, boat launch and a gorgeous dock ideal for taking photos at sunset. The community sound access is ideal for windsurfers. No golf carts allowed. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.

Layout

Ground Level: Gated pool area, hammock swing hung under the car port next to pool area, charcoal grille, entrance to the lower level of the home into the laundry area, pyramid bunk/trundle bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower, flat screen TV and queen bedroom with flat screen TV.

Top Level: Living area with flat screen TV, dining for 8 with an open kitchen area, half bath, and a sliding door to the deck. The two queen en suites with private baths are on this level which both have a flat screen TV.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
