This family-friendly four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in the extravagant Corolla community of Monteray Shores is just 1,069 yards from the beach! The whole family will be entertained with the private pool, hot tub, and games, as well as access to all the Monteray Shores amenities, including a recreation room, a pool, tennis, kids's playground, boat launch and a splendid dock ideal for taking photos at sunset. The community sound access is ideal for windsurfers. No golf carts allowed. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.

Layout

Ground Level: Gated pool area, hammock swing hung under the car port next to pool area, charcoal grille, entrance to the lower level of the home into the laundry area, pyramid bunk/trundle bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower, flat screen TV and queen bedroom with flat screen TV.

Top Level: Living area with flat screen TV, dining for 8 with an open kitchen area, half bath, and a sliding door to the deck. The two queen en suites with private baths are on this level which both have a flat screen TV.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.

  • Summer time is high season in Corolla. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
