You'll adore this previously privately owned villa that has just joined the rental market! Cozy and attractively decorated with refreshed intelligent TVs, this end unit villa is located for an painless walk to the beach, community pools and sports complex. The kitchen is well equipped for your culinary enjoyment and an office desk and chair are located in one of the first-floor bedrooms for a remote office space. All beds and box springs are encased to prevent bed bugs, and an additional refrigerator is located in the garage. A new living space with loveseats, chairs, and tables has been created below the deck to avoid the summer heat while appreciating the breezes.

Ground Level: Entry level. Bedroom with a Queen, Single, flat-screen TV and a desk, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and patio access with loveseats, chairs and tables seating 9. Garage with beach cart, corn hole boards, 2 fridges and beach chairs.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen, dining room seating 9 with patio access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Top Level: Extensive King Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Extras: 5 intelligent TVs, books/games, beach cart, Keurig & regular coffee makers, 2 fridges, corn hole boards, charcoal grille, enormous sun deck, outside shower, charcoal grille, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 11 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Located near the beach, this villa is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway. Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger and Flippers Arcade & Variety Store are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
