"Nautical by Nature" adjoins 36 acres of maritime forest and offers all the nature and serenity that one could imagine. Located only 300 yards to the beach access, your family will find the short walk to the beach convenient and spectacular. (Direct Beach Access using the Community Walkway is located across from the home.) Not feeling like heading to the beach? Walk over to the community pool and watch the kids splash the day away.
All King and Queen Bedrooms feature a private deck, ideal for early morning coffee or late nights gazing at the stars. Your family will savor the roomy, open floor plan on the top level, which is ideal for family dining, watching a movie or game nighttime! On those rainy days, you will appreciate the screened in porch and wrap around decks, accepting you to still spend time admiring nature, dining with family and appreciating pure relaxation.
If you appreciate the outdoors, you will also enjoy the community lake where you can fish, kayak and enjoy the occasional wildlife sightings.
