New Heated Pool for 2024!

This striking home is conveniently located across the street from the Currituck Sound in the handsome Monterey Shores Neighborhood. It is less than a mile from the beach. The layout of the home has plenty of space for up to nine guests. The sun-filled great room and dining area are ideal for family gatherings. The broad deck access and a private heated pool make the Holiday House a ideal vacation spot.

The private pool with optional pool heater is surrounded by new, comfortable lounge chairs and a dining set for poolside meals.

On the first level, you will find an expansive King En Suite. Being the only room on this level, whoever stays in this bedroom will have tremendous privacy and comfort.

Walk up to the second level to get to the other bedrooms. There are two Queen Bedrooms, one with deck access, a full shared bathroom and another King En Suite also with deck access. You will also find a additional room which has a day bed for another sleep option. You will appreciate the modern furnishings and beachy decor throughout this home.

The third level is where you will find yourself hanging out the most. Up here is an expansive living space with a gorgeous sectional couch and a flat screen tv. The enormous kitchen will allow for great meals to be prepared and there are two options for dining tables. For those who like to talk to the chefs in the kitchen, they will savor the bar seating. Venture up to the Crow’s Nest on this level where you will find a second cozy seating area. There is also a half bathroom on this level for painless access.

For the one in the group who stays up late reading a good book, you will likely find them up in the fourth level loft with the Queen Couch Bed.

The Holiday House is located in a neighborhood called Monterey Shores. Make reservations for tennis, pool, boat ramp, and exercise center using the FunFangle app. Staff will confirm your information and verify your identity when accessing the amenities. There is also a playground and a basketball court adjacent to the clubhouse. Monterey Shores has two Sound community docks, the second one just steps from the Holiday House.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. 

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is at 10 am.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Beaches and Currituck Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
