Level 1: A game room for all ages! Countless hours can be spent at the foosball table or watching the game on the flat-screen TV! Keep your beverages cold in the mini-refrigerator relax and play one of the games or read a book that the owner has graciously supplied! There is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and regular twin bunkbed on this level as well as a full bathroom. Walk right outside to the private pool area which is ideal for hot sunny days and evenings! Savor grilling at the BBQ while dining at the poolside picnic table and later in the evening take a nice long soak in the hot tub!

Level 2: The Mid-level features a queen master with deck access. There is also a queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with a bedroom with a queen and a single. A huge wraparound deck is ideal for shaded afternoon naps on this level!

Level 3: The top level is where your family will appreciate the bright and colorful great room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with all of your cooking and meal prep needs, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a dining table that seats 10! There is a queen master suite on this level, as well as a powder room. A cavernous deck offers seats for outside dining, morning coffee, and evening beverages!

Also included for your enjoyment are wifi, an outdoor charcoal grille, a basketball hoop, a highchair, 7 TVs, 3 DVD players, an outside shower, poolside and deck furnishings, books and games, and more!

We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Cost saving strategies:

• Summer is high season in the Currituck area. To find the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
