Catchin Waves is within mins. of the life guarded beach, shopping, eateries, mini golf, water sports, grocery stores, historic sites and the 4x4 beaches (parking permit required). Savor a short walk to take advantage of Monteray Shores amenities, including 2 Soundside piers, community pool and basketball courts to name a few. Beach parking at Bonito Street public beach parking and beach access approx 1056 yards.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside enclosed shower, park-style charcoal grille and carport. Keyless entry access and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with 40" flat-screen intelligent TV, Queen Sleep Couch and access to deck with Hot Tub and outdoor seating for 4, full bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private full bath, flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bunk Room with DuoBunk and a Single over Futon Bunk with TV/DVD.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
