Located in the Villages of Ocean Hill, the last paved neighborhood before the 4x4 beach.
Ground Level: This floor enters into the rec room that offers a mini refrigerator, microwave, 42' flat-screen TV, sitting area, pool table and a half bath.

Mid Level: This level offers 4 bedrooms and an office. There is a Queen Master bedroom with deck access, flat screen TV, full bath with shower stall only. There is another Queen Master bedroom with deck access and a sunken tub/shower. A Full bedroom with a pullout Full Trundle and full bath with shower stall only. A Master with 2 Twins and full bath. The laundry room is also located on the Mid Level with a huge front load washer and dryer.

Top Level: This level features an open great room, a 52' flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player and a nice selection of DVD's, coffee bar in kitchen with mini refrigerator, nice air-conditioned sunroom off kitchen with table and chairs to seat 4, deck access with picnic table and gas grille. There is a table to seat 6, bar seating for 6, and additional seating in the elevated breakfast nook, which also has a Twin sleep couch. Savor great vistas of the ocean and the Corolla Lighthouse through the telescope! You will also find a Queen master bedroom on this level with ocean vistas, flat screen TV, deck access and full bath with shower stall only. This level also includes a pantry and half bath.
