Just a few steps to the ocean, ocean-side pools, rec center, and playground, this well-appreciated home offers ocean and lighthouse vistas from decks and gazebo. Cozy nooks and roomy gathering areas in this well-appointed home guarantee special family time.

After entering through the lower level, you'll notice the mid-level is centrally located and received a new coat of paint of soft colors in the den, bathrooms, and all four bedrooms. Parlor comfortably in the well-appointed den with a 55-inch 4K HD TV/DVD. There is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom each with vanity and sink, a room with a queen, a room with Duobunk and trundle, two full baths, plus a separate laundry room and a new hot tub and hammock swing on the deck.

The top level offers a huge great room with HD 55-inch 4K HD TV with theatre system surround sound, 4K Ultra Blu-Ray player, XM radio and hookups for iPod/MP3 players, gas fireplace, and a raised additional sitting room, both with ocean vistas, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and a king main bedroom with porch. It also features all-new linens to complement the new wall colors and carpeting. The southwest-protected deck, off the dining room, offers phenomenal sunbathing in the fall.

Nearby, you'll have access to three oceanfront pools, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, a game room and playground, eight outdoor tennis courts, a sound side pool, sound front pier, an indoor sports center with an eight-lane lap pool, two racquetball courts, two indoor clay tennis courts, exercise/exercise room, game room, 12-person spa, and locker room with saunas. You'll also appreciate reduced green costs at the Carolina Club & the Pointe golf courses. Corolla light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities and offers these to 12 guests. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
