The ground-level pool table has been refelted and there are new pool balls and cues. New TV in the ground-level rec room.
New for 2023: The top-level kitchen has been completely remodeled! New cabinets, quartz countertops, sink, glass tile backsplash, windows, lighting fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen peninsula has been converted into an island. The top-level hall half bathroom has been modernized with a new cabinet, quartz countertop and sink, and new toilet. The entire top-level living area has been repainted with new lighting fixtures, ceiling fan in the living room, and a linear chandelier in the dining room.

The private pool has ample decking for calming after a morning swim and the roomy screened porch offers sea breezes in the evening for the whole family. The community tennis courts (newly surfaced in 2024) are on the corner for your convenience. A private Pool and a basketball hoop will keep everybody entertained outside. After a day of fun in the sun, there are HD TVs for watching the big game or a movie nighttime. The interior is tasteful, and the owners take great care to maintain this property inside and out for your enjoyment. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
