Joint Venture is a ideal gathering place for family and friends. This home features a humongous and open great room with a wood burning fireplace, and 42-inch HDTV, a amazing dining area with seating for 12 and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is an east facing sunroom and sun decks on three sides of the top level and the lower level has a huge bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk sets broken down).

Private 12' x 24' gated pool. Whirlpool tub, screened sun porch with mini refrigerator. There are 2 master bedrooms. TVs, DVD players, stereo. Carport swing, basketball goal, outdoor play set. Enclosed outdoor shower and changing area, grille. Approximate distance to the beach is 820 feet.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Currituck Beach.
