Good 2 Sea U is the ideal hideaway for any vacation destination in this 5-bedroom, oceanside home located in the private Buck Island community in Corolla. This home is ideal for the annual family vacation or even just a weekly hideaway any time of the year. Located just a fast walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the home offers a private pool, hot tub and broad deck space to watch the sunrises with your morning cup of coffee or dine al-fresco to watch the stars come out at nighttime.
The top-level great room is cavernous with high ceilings and ocean vistas from any angle and offers comfortable seating for TV viewing, an refreshed kitchen with island seating, 2 dishwashers and dining table and nook for family-style dining. The master bedroom is entirely equipped with a king-sized bed and a sizable private bathroom with ocean vistas throughout. On the mid-level, each bedroom has its own bathroom and deck access, accepting every guest their own private area of the home, while the ground level offers fun for all ages with an arcade game and plenty of seating for those rainy day-movie marathons. The home offers use of the 2-car garage and has a full-sized refrigerator for your convenience and additional storage space for snacks and drinks to appreciate poolside.

Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
