ENTRY LEVEL:
The sizable Great Room has spectacular vistas of the Currituck Sound and comfortable seating in the living area with wood floors. Two bar islands have seating for 6 guests and the dining table seats 10. The breakfast nook seats 5 and there is a half bath on this level. The kitchen has granite countertops, microwave, wine cooler, gas cooktop and a double wall oven. Two additional full-size fridges are available, one in the garage and the other in the laundry room. One King Master Suite is on this level with sound vistas and a private sitting area. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
There are 2 King Master Suites with private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. A Queen bedroom has a shared bathroom (shower/tub combo) with another bedroom furnished with two Bunk Bed sets. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an elevator connects all levels of this home which can also be accessed through the garage on the ground level. The media/theater room will be the one of the highlights of the family to savor a favorite movie or game.

EXTRAS:
The pool deck offers a view of the Currituck Sound and charming sunsets are nearly guaranteed. Appreciate the private pool (12' x 23'), hot tub as well as using the gas grille. [Note: the fire pit is not available as it is prohibited by The Currituck Club covenants]. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.
