Located in a gated community, you'll have access to an outdoor pool, a recreation center with a bathhouse, shuffleboard, a volleyball court, and a playground. Even better is the fact the shared outdoor pool is steps away from your vacation home. This getaway is a short, simple walk along a semi-private boardwalk (no cars allowed) to our pristine northern beaches (roughly three blocks). Corolla is acclaimed for its wide, clean beaches, which are some of the most charming on the OBX. It's also a short drive up to the 4x4 area where you may grab a glimpse of the wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include you'll find a fenced private courtyard with a hot tub, outside dining, gas grille and an open outside shower. Inside you'll find the Rec Room with a flat-screen HDTV, mini-refrigerator, combo air hockey/ pool table, sitting area with a Queen Sleep Couch and patio/courtyard access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen HDTV/Blu-Ray DVD and full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen HDTV/Blu-Ray DVD, private deck access and a enormous master bathroom with dual vanity. King Bedroom with a flat-screen HDTV/Blu-Ray DVD, Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen HDTV/Blu-Ray DVD, full hall bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open floor plan on the top level includes the great room with flat-screen HDTV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, kitchen with granite counter tops and counter seating for 4, dining area seating 6 and a half bath.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • Book your vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.

If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
