Just 150 yds. to the front is the glorious Atlantic Ocean and 150 yds to the back is a lake with fishing and a mile walking path around it. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is ideal for your family and friends.

Travel 1 mile to shopping, eateries, and go carts in Timbuck II Shopping Center and approx. 10 miles to the 4x4 beach where wild horses roam! The driveway is roomy with room for 4 cars. If you are not appreciating the beach, the underside of the home is a ideal place to just relax and socialize with your family and friends. Savor a game of ping pong with the outdoor ping pong table! There is a shower for you to rinse off when coming back from the beach or to take an enchanting outdoor shower!
