Welcome to the Outer Banks best kept secret! Hornets Hideaway is a freshly modernized, semi-oceanfront rental home in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla. Located just steps from the splendid beaches of Corolla this vacation rental is a sure bet for a great family vacation. There are two beach access points on both sides of the property and handsome ocean vistas from the top level.
Comfortably accommodating 14 guests (3 Masters complete with ensuite bathrooms), 5bd/5.5bth, with a private pool and private hot tub ( our hot tub is open year round). First level rec room with an air hockey table, sizable TV and full bathroom. Perfectly located a few short steps from the private beach with plenty of deck space to appreciate an afternoon nap or savor the impressive sunsets with a glass of wine.

Top Level: Freshly refreshed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, non heat-conductive electric fireplace, 65" TV, sizable over-sized sectional, huge island seating an additional 4 guests, dining for 8 guests, open floor plan, captain's nook with a foosball table, completely equipped chef's kitchen with a double oven range. 1 Master Suite with King Bed and full bath, 55" TV, non heat-conductive fireplace and private balcony with ocean vistas.
Mid Level: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Master Suits with full bath. Additional full bath in hallway. Both Masters have King Bed with enormous TV's and access to deck or private balcony via sliders. Kids bunk bed room sleeps 4 kids with access to the mid level deck via a slider. *Please no people over 75lbs on top bunk.
Ground Level: Recreation Room with kitchenette and refrigerator. Air hockey table, bar sink and slider to pool/hot tub area. Generous flat screen TV with X Box console, Queen sleeper couch, access to full walk in shower bathroom. The bedroom on this floor has huge intelligent TV, King bed and additional modest futon.
Outdoor living: Private Salt Water Pool. The pool is open May 15th-Oct15th and IS NOT HEATED or HEATABLE. Louisiana wood pellet grille (wood pellets NOT supplied), outdoor shower, pool loungers, modest table seats 4. Mid level deck has a hammock and patio furnishings. Mid level Master with private balcony has hammock chairs. Top deck has additional seating, Ring video cameras/security lights covering perimeter of property and pool entry.
Indoor Living: Rec room, 6 huge flat screen TV's, New Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig Coffee maker, large island seats 4, large sectional couch, non-conductive electric fireplaces, memory foam beds, high chair, Nest thermostats and complimentary Wifi. Linens, towels and hand soap supplied. NO OTHER toiletries or consumables included.
Extras: Private pool (open May 15th-Oct15th, NON HEATED), private hot tub (open year round), basketball hoop, hammock, hammock chairs, pool loungers, Polywood patio furnishings, Louisiana Wood Pellet Grille, Outdoor shower.
