TOP LEVEL:
The beach floor plan offers the main living space, known as the Great Room, provides deck access and striking vistas. With decks on 3 sides of the home that face north, east and south, plan to savor the ocean breeze while calming on deck furnishings to soak up the sun s rays. The living area has a sizable flat-screen TV with 2 over-stuffed armchairs and a comfortable couch for stretching out. The dining area has a table that will seat 6 and the kitchen island provides seating for 5 more guests. A entirely-supplied kitchen offers has refreshed stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee lovers have a choice of brewing their favorite drink with either a drip coffee maker or a pod coffee maker. There is a half bath available on this level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
The covered deck at the front of the home has an outdoor dining table and also a modest outdoor couch for appreciating the shade. Inside, this floor offers 4 bedrooms for family members. It is located just inside the slider doors that go out to patio is very convenient for grabbing drinks or snacks. A coffee maker and also a countertop ice maker appliance is available too! The laundry area is located on this level. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
A new private pool (14' x 33') has been installed for the rental season. The hot tub is available for the adults to appreciate on the outdoor patio.
