Master Bedroom with 2 Full Beds, pool and sound vistas and TV/DVD and a Recroom with 65" TV set up with a gaming hookup for the kids, Queen Sleep Couch and a kitchenette with microwave and full size refrigerator making this a great hang out area for the kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with TV/DVD, deck access and whirlpool bathtubs. Savor another living space with huge screen TV/DVD and surround sound. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.
