A beautiful Carolina bungalow tucked away in The Currituck Club, Serendipity is a ideal family getaway that sleeps 12. It sits on a peaceful, wooded lot within a short walk, bicycle or trolley ride to the beach access. Ocean and sound breezes can find you appreciating the rockers on the front porch or in the comfort of the sizable screened-in back porch that overlooks a cavernous pool deck. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
Loft sitting area with Day Bed and a private balcony. Pyramid Bunk with Trundle has deck access and shares a bathroom with King Bedroom that has a flat-screen TV and private balcony. Queen Bedroom with TV has access to hallway bathroom with shower.

ENTRY LEVEL:
Front porch has furnishings and porch swing. Half bathroom, laundry room, Kitchen, Pantry, Great Room with flat-screen TV/DVD and Dining Area with full size table (seats 8) and access to screened porch. Bar area with mini refrigerator. King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and bathroom with jetted tub, shower and double sinks. Take 3 short steps to another King Master Suite over the Game area with TV and bathroom with shower. The game area features a huge flat-screen TV and stereo system. Exterior amenities include a private pool (16' x 30'; open June - August), 6-person hot tub, outside shower, patio with furnishings and gas grille.

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a enormous community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.
