Book your stay at this well-appointed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home lovingly maintained by its owners. Positioned next to a preserved natural area, the home has unparalleled vistas and
fast access to the beach. It’s painless to watch the summer sun rise over the water while still in your pajamas. A watchful eye may even spot dolphins playing in the waves while pouring morning coffee.

Top Floor: A well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and great room with ocean vistas. Two furnished deck areas. A Queen ensuite bedroom equipped with a work station has the best view in the home and direct access to the upper deck.
Mid Floor: A cavernous King ensuite bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a bedroom with two Twin beds, full hall bath, and a laundry bath.
Outside: A hot tub on the back deck area. Another deck is shared between the King and Twin rooms.
Ground Floor: A “bunk room” equipped with two duo bunk beds and a futon, a peaceful sitting room with its own library shelf, and a full hall bath.
Outside: A gas grille and picnic table create a dining area, outdoor shower, fenced in private pool, basketball hoop, clothes lines, dog waste bag station, private path to the closest dune overwalk.

All bedrooms have TVs. The home is supplied with puzzles and board games at the beginning of each season. It’s a quick pop out the back door and over the dune for a day at the beach. Or discover all that the Northern Outer Banks has to offer. Savor casual and fine dining, appealing cafes, mini-golf, and fun stores just a short drive or bicycle ride away. Prefer to prepare in? Food LIon is 1 mile away and a grocery store less than 2 miles away.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
